NOCATEE, Fla. — The Nocatee community in St. Johns County has been rated as the fifth top-selling community in the United States, according to RCLCO.
Nocatee is one of four Florida communities ranked in the top five. The Villages ranks one, followed by Lakewood Ranch (Sarasota, FL), West Villages (Venice, FL), and Summerlin (Las Vegas, NV) at four.
Nocatee has seen a 6% growth in 2019 from where they were at this point in 2018.
