LAKE CITY, Fla. — Law enforcement officials issued a Missing Child Alert for a 16-year-old girl from Lake City Tuesday.
The report states that Emma Peebles was last seen in the area of Southwest Ralph Terrace. The alert came through just before 11 a.m. Tuesday, but she has been missing since Sept. 13.
Emma is said to be 5 feet 4 inches tall with red hair and brown eyes.
