JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Since the original news reports of toddler Lonzie Barton's disappearance on Friday, July 24, hundreds of people – both in official and civilian capacities – have come together to try and find answers or simply show support.
And the question still remains: What happened to Lonzie Barton?
As a parent of a missing child, what lengths would you go to to find him or her?
Most, if not all, parents would do literally anything to find any trace of an answer.
That frame of mind leads us to a story that will only be seen on First Coast News Thursday night at 11:00.
In a bizarre sequence of events, we came across footage of Lonna and Chris Barton, the parents of Lonzie, speaking to a Middleburg psychic. They were there hoping to find out information regarding what happened to their son: Where he could be and if he is still alive.
Chris Bergman says he's a psychic and that it was Chris Barton who reached out to him on the phone.
"He said various people told him about me and that all he wanted to do was find his son, dead or alive," Bergman said.
It is the first time we see Lonna and Chris together like this, talking about Lonzie, as well as the Jacksonville's Sheriff's Office's prime suspect Ruben Ebron.
