JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Another Jacksonville craft brewery is closing, this time Lemonstreet Brewing Co

Located at 2100 Dennis St., the brewery's owners announced the closure earlier this week, driving numerous farewells on social media. It was founded in late 2019.

"We're sad to say we're ending our run as a brewery. We will miss all the faces we came to know and serve. It was indeed a privilege. Please support your local breweries. Thanks to all the industry friends we made along the way. It was an honor to have learned from you," the post said.

Situated in Jacksonville's Rail Yard District about a mile from Lemonstreet, Tabula Rasa Brewing shuttered in August.

Pinglehead Brewery in Orange Park closed its doors in November with owners citing high costs left over from the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The beginning of the year saw Springfield favorite Main & 6th close in March also after four years in operation.

However, this year saw the addition of Jacksonville Beach-based Jekyll Brewing in May, Mocama Beer Co. in Nassau County's Wildlight development opened this summer and Grace Note Brewery opened in Ortega about two months ago.
