LAKE BUTLER, Fla. — The fire chief and two firefighters with the Lake Butler Volunteer Fire Department have resigned following allegations that the men took pictures of a woman changing clothes, the city manager said.
David Mecusker, the city manager, said that no evidence of the pictures has been found, but rather than deal with the allegations, Mike Banks, the fire chief, will retire early.
The other employees were told their services were no longer needed, Mecusker said.
The city has a zero-tolerance policy, Mecusker said.
