JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said 3-year-old Noah Hayes and 31-year-old Jasmine Graham were located safe in Madison County, Florida on Sunday night.
Police said Noah's family reported him missing on Sunday. He was last seen in the company of Graham, who police said was driving a white 2020 Kia Sportage with the Florida license plate 05D WTI.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued a missing child alert for Noah, saying he was last seen in the area of the 8700 block of Belle Rive Boulevard. FDLE said they were last seen traveling westbound on I-10 and could be heading to Georgia.
