Man shot multiple times in the legs in Hogan's Creek area Saturday night

According to JSO, the man was able to drive himself to the hospital.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — One person was injured after a shooting Saturday night in the Hogan's Creek area.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, officers received a call about a man who had driven himself to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to his legs. Police later determined the shooting happened in the 1100 block of Hart Street.

Officers initially responded to a gunshots call on nearby Grothe Street, about one block away.

Police do not have any information on possible suspects. The investigation is ongoing.

The shooting was the first of five shootings JSO responded to during a 12-hour period that left six injured. None of the victims were killed in any of the shootings.
