JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department says crews are working a residential structure fire that has happened in the Brentwood area of Jacksonville Thursday morning, according to their X post.
The post states that the fire is located in the 100 block of West 23rd Street. The Jacksonville Sheriff's officers was on scene at the time of the fire, blocking streets in the area.
A JFRD spokesperson told First Coast News that the possible cause of the fire is from a candle as it took firefighters around 15 minutes to put it out. No injuries have been reported from the fire as well, JFRD says.
