JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A person has life-threatening injuries following a crash near VyStar Veteran Memorial Area Sunday afternoon, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
JFRD says the crash on East Duval Street and Palmetto Street was between a car and a rickshaw, which is a three-wheeled bicycle with a seat for passengers.
First Coast News obtained a video showing JFRD transporting someone in an ambulance.
The video was sent to First Coast News at 3:20 p.m. Sunday, showing the crash site which is right outside several parking lots, including Lot Z.
The crash happened during a busy Sunday afternoon downtown as fans packed into EverBank Stadium to see the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Indianapolis Colts.
