JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed Linebacker Trevis Gipson and Kicker Joey Slye, the team announced Monday.
Gibson was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fifth round in 2020. He most recently played for the Tennessee Titans and appeared in eight games. He's played 48 games with 19 starts in his career.
Slye signed as a free agent to the New York Giants in 2019. Since then, he has spent time with Carolina, Houston, San Francisco and Washington. He has played in 78 games, converting 121 of 147 field goals, amounting to 82.3%. He has scored 138 of 156 extra points, for a total of 501 points.
