JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville man is one of the Florida Lottery's newest winners after claiming a $1 million Mega Millions prize.
Junior Francois, 48, claimed his prize at the lottery’s Jacksonville District Office from the drawing held on Oct. 5.
Francois purchased the winning ticket at Winn-Dixie located at 6060-10 Fort Caroline Road in Jacksonville.
The next Mega Millions drawing has an estimated $84 million jackpot.
