JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 68-year-old Jacksonville man claimed a $1 million lottery prize Thursday.
Franklin Winberry bought the winning ticket in a scratch-off game at J and J Food Store in Jacksonville Beach.
He chose to collect his winnings in an one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.
