VILANO BEACH, Fla. — The long-standing and iconic blue house in Vilano Beach finally came down Thursday after surviving numerous hurricanes and storms over the years. It used to have a garage and a driveway, but years of storms changed its structure.
Just close to two weeks ago, on Aug. 4, First Coast News reported that the house was saved from being demolished due to sea turtle nests that were in the area.
