JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Authorities responded to crash that blocked two lanes on I-95 near Philips Highway Thursday evening.
Florida Highway Patrol said troopers arrived on scene at 5:47 p.m.
According to FDOT, the severity is registered as "major."
