Update: Lanes reopen after semi truck crash overturns on I-10 eastbound

The crashes occurred around 7:20 p.m. and 7:25 p.m., according to FDOT.

A semi truck crash on I-10 eastbound blocked all lanes Saturday

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A crash with injuries froze Interstate-10 eastbound after a semi truck overturned around 7:20 p.m. Saturday.

According to FDOT, the crash occurred near Lane Avenue and is categorized as "major." The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said it is a semi truck and no one was taken to the hospital.

"Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through the area as emergency personnel are actively cleaning up the crash scene. Motorists are also advised to take exit 357 onto Lane Avenue and utilize the entrance ramp to get back onto eastbound I-10," the Florida Highway Patrol said in a release.

Another crash happened at 7:25 p.m. Emergency vehicles responded to I-10 West, at Lane Ave. That crash blocked two left lanes, FDOT said.
