FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla — A "significant" amount of human blood found in a Flagler County park restroom stems from an ATV accident, a Flagler Sheriff's Office said.
Nobody was killed or seriously injured in the accident, an agency spokesperson said.
The sheriff's office said it found a "significant" amount of blood inside a public restroom at Hidden Trails Park in Daytona North.
Deputies were conducting a security check on Nov. 11 at the park when they found the blood. The sheriff's office confirmed it was human blood during the investigation.
Investigators were left with no immediate leads or evidence the agency said Thursday, and Sheriff Rick Staly urged anyone with information to come forward.
