NEPTUNE BEACH, Fla — The Neptune Beach Police Department posted on Facebook Friday to alert the public to an increased police presence at Fletcher High School.
Friday is Senior Night at Fletcher. The Senators are set to play Atlantic Coast High School in the home game.
NCPD says the increased police presence is due to information about an "incident that occurred off campus."
Fletcher principal, James Ledford, said the incident happened far from campus, but did not say if the incident involved Fletcher students.
However, police say there is "no credible information" to suggest there is danger to attendees of the game.
In the post, their message to student was: "Come out and enjoy the game -- leave your bad behavior behind."
