JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A heavy police presence reported near the Piccadilly restaurant that closed its doors in September 2023 on Jacksonville's Southside, was due to a crash.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department says two people were taken to a local hospital following a traffic accident. Their injuries were not life-threatening.
