Police are hoping to identify five men seen roaming the Magnolia West neighborhood of Green Cove Springs, trying to burglarize vehicles.
The Green Cove Springs Police Department (GCSPD) responded to reports of a stolen vehicle Saturday on Summit Oak Drive.
Upon arrival at the scene, the officers learned the stolen vehicle was left unlocked by the owner with the keys still inside. A second vehicle parked at the same residence was also rummaged through.
Later in the evening, officers say that six homes were found to be victims of vehicular burglaries. All of the vehicles were left unlocked by the owners as well.
Video surveillance from the neighborhood shows five males roaming the area at approximately 1:20 a.m., according to GCSPD.

The stolen vehicle was recovered in Duval County on Sunday.
