Jacksonville Fair relocating to Westside property in 2026

The Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair will remain Downtown in 2024 and 2025.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair will move to the Westside in 2026, officials announced Tuesday.

Officials said construction on the future fairgrounds will begin this month and is expected to be completed in early 2026.

This year's fair begins Thursday, Nov. 7, at the current fairgrounds located at 510 Fairgrounds Place in the Sports and Entertainment Complex next to EverBank Stadium in Downtown Jacksonville.

The 2025 fair will also take place at the Downtown location, officials said.

“We are looking forward to welcoming our community to the 2024 and 2025 Fair in the same location we have been for decades, right next to the stadium and across from the arena,” said Bill Olson, chief executive officer and president of the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair. “Anticipation is high for the future venue, and we appreciate the enthusiasm for the move, which is planned to take place in 2026.”

Officials did not provide an exact location for where the new fairgrounds will be built.
