Free tax help being offered at local libraries on the First Coast thanks to AARP

AARP Tax-Aide sites are serviced by IRS-certified volunteers, and there are multiple sessions being offered up until April 13.
Taxes are due April 15.

The Jacksonville Public Library is teaming up with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) Foundation to offer free tax help to the community.

AARP Tax-Aide sites are serviced by IRS-certified volunteers, and there are multiple sessions being offered up until April 13.

Sessions are being held on Saturday, March 30 at the University Park Branch Library located at 3435 University Blvd. N. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and also at the Regency Square Branch Library located at 9900 Regency Square Blvd.  from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

There is no income or age limit for assistance at AARP Tax-Aide sites; however, AARP sites cannot assist rental property owners or small business owners.
