FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. —

A crash report by FHP says that they were notified of a person lying in the center grass median on US 1 south of Plantation Bay Road on Saturday.
The pedestrian found on the scene had been struck by a vehicle and the vehicle fled the scene, FHP said.
The victim was pronounced deceased by Flagler County Fire and Rescue. She was identified as a 51-year-old female from Ft. Lauderdale.
