FLEMING ISLAND, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Clay County's clinic will be closed for a few days this week before opening at a new location on Monday, June 10.
The current location will be closed Wednesday, June 5 through Friday, June 7 for the move.
The clinic will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday at the new location of 1845 Town Center Boulevard, Building 400 in Fleming Island.
