JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Ashley and Neal Sterling will soon open ISI Elite Training at the St. Johns Town Center and will offer fitness classes and workout regimens for people looking to get in shape or stay in shape.
Neal Sterling is a former Jacksonville Jaguars player with years of experience as a professional athlete. The Sterlings stopped by Good Morning Jacksonville to give a brief example of some of the training techniques that people can take part in when they sign up for ISI Elite Training.
