ST AUGUSTINE SHORES, Fla. — A St. Augustine man is dead after a crash near St. Augustine Shores Friday, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
An FHP report said a coupe with three passengers was traveling north on U.S. 1 near Andora Street in the right lane, when a 50-year-old man was crossing the northbound lanes to reach the center median.
He entered the car's lane and was struck, the report said.
The victim was pronounced dead on scene, FHP said.
