JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An elderly person has been rushed to the hospital after a residential fire in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood.
Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded to a house fire on Chivalry Drive. Medical assistance was called for three adults and one child.
One elderly patient was rushed to the hospital to receive treatment for serious injuries.
The State Fire Marshall was called to investigate the fire due to the injuries.
