Family says diver, helicopter, plane searching off St. Augustine shore for Brunswick boaters after debris found

A fish bin believed to be part of the Carol Anne boat was found about 18 miles off the coast of St. Augustine Sunday. The boaters have been missing for over a month.

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — Renewed hope and search efforts are underway in St. Augustine Monday morning following a discovery Sunday believed to be from a boat with three fishermen missing for over a month.

A fish bin believed to be part of the Carol Anne boat was found about 18 miles off the coast of St. Augustine. Monday morning family of one of the three missing men said a diver, helicopter, and private plane are searching that area.

Rescuers were concentrating search efforts in Massachusetts and down the east coast. Dalton Conway, Kaleb Wilkinson, and Tyler Barlow launched for a fishing spot 80 miles off the coast of Brunswick in mid-October and there's been no trace of their boat for over 30 days.

Barlow's parents say they learned the men got a tip on a good fishing spot on the way to where they were headed and if they went that way, that changed where they could be now and would put them near where the fish bin was found.

"So, so, so hopeful that our boys are out there and that we're so close to rescuing and finding them and God bringing them home," Barlow's mother Kim Jones said.
