JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Update: All I-295 northbound lanes near Beach Boulevard have reopened.
Authorities are responding to a crash with injuries closing all lanes of I-295 northbound Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred near the Beach Boulevard exit. Troopers arrived at 1:18 p.m., according to Florida Highway Patrol report. Commuters began to trickle through the northbound lanes around 2:45 p.m.
The Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department said the crash involved a semitruck and a motorcycle. Emergency vehicles are responding. One person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to JFRD.
