Clay County Sheriff's Office searching for runaway juvenile more than 4 days after disappearance

Faith Elizabeth Swartz was last seen in the area of Horseshoe Bend Road in Middleburg.

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — The Clay County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing juvenile who ran away Thursday from her Middleburg home. As of Monday morning, law enforcement still have not located her.

Deputies say Faith Elizabeth Swartz left her residence wearing blue St. Johns Country Day School sweatpants, a multicolored hoodie, a backpack and a blue doll of the Disney character Stitch. 

Faith was last seen in the area of Horseshoe Bend Road in Middleburg.

Deputies conducted a canvas of the area, but Faith was not found.

CCSO said Faith may identify herself as Caitlin Henderson if contacted by law enforcement.

Anyone with information on Faith's whereabouts is asked to contact CCSO Detective Brickley at 904-673-5700.
