JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A cab driver is in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after his cab collided Friday night with another car at the intersection of Commonwealth and Edgewood avenues.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the crash happened at 9:15 p.m.
The cab, which only had the driver in it, was traveling northbound on Edgewood while a white car with two females inside was traveling southbound and trying to make a left hand turn.
The cab driver is in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries while the females had minor injuries.
Police are conducting interviews, as there are conflicting stories on who had the green light/right of way. Officers have no reason at this time to believe drugs or alcohol involved.
