BAKER COUNTY, Fla. — A 25-year-old mother and her one-month-old baby were found dead in Baker County Monday morning.
The Baker County Sheriff's Office and Baker County Fire & Rescue responded to the scene at a home on State Road 121, north of Macclenny at 8:45 a.m.
There was no apparent injuries to either one, according to the Baker County Sheriff's Office.
BCSO and the Medical Examiner's Office are investigating the deaths.
Sheriff Scotty Rhoden was on scene and met with the family. He says they will not be releasing any more information and is asking that the community pray for the victims' family.
