JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A diner in Jacksonville's Arlington area is "closed until further notice" after a tree fell on top of it.
The diner, Mady's, which is located at 948 Cesery Blvd., said Friday on Facebook that the tree "came through our dining room."
The company hired to remove the tree told First Coast News it fell on top of the restaurant due to a combination of hot weather and heavy rain; the tree soaked up a bunch of water, thus making it top heavy.
