JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding a 68-year-old man with dementia. JSO says family cannot find Guy Andre St. Phard, who went missing from the Westside area of town.
He is a 5'5, 165 lb Black man with brown or "salt and pepper" hair. He is wearing a pink long sleeve shirt, a pink tie and black pants.
Anyone having seen or who may know the whereabouts of Mr. St. Phard is asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-0500.
