JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 53-year-old man was killed in a crash on Jacksonville's Northside Tuesday morning.
A Florida Highway Patrol report said the crash happened at the intersection of Busch Drive North and Imeson Park Boulevard just after 8 a.m. According to FHP, the victim was driving south on Busch Drive when a car traveling west on Imeson Park Boulevard drove through his stop sign and clipped the front end of the victim's vehicle.
The impact of the two vehicles caused the victim's truck to flip over. The driver, from Callahan, was pronounced dead at the scene. FHP said he was not wearing a seat belt.
FHP said the other driver, a 24-year-old Palm Coast man, suffered minor injuries in the collision.
The crash remains under investigation.
