PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — A $15,000 reward is being offered for anyone who can provide information leading them to Chad Mullen, who is missing from Putnam County.
He was last seen on Sept. 9 in the area of the 455 block of San Mateo Road in Satsuma. His phone was last pinged in that location, which is a business owned by his "on-again/off-again" girlfriend Caylen Deller, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
Mullen's family has not heard from him at all since Sept. 9 and reported him missing Sept. 15.
Police and his family have searched for him since and have not been able to find him.
