Yungeen Ace (Keyanta Bullard) was sentenced to 12 months in jail for violation of probation.
The Jacksonville rapper was in critical condition in June after being shot near the St. Johns Town Center. Three other men, including the musician's brother, were killed in the shooting.
He was arrested originally for the violation of probation just days after the shooting and was originally denied bond, but was allowed to be released by Clay County.
A judge has just come up with the sentencing for the violation Wednesday, which is 12 months in jail.
Bullard will get time served, meaning he will be released in January. He is being held in the Clay County jail.
Bullard just released a music video to his new single "Hold Me Down" on Youtube, which has already gathered over 400,000 views. (Warning: May contain explicit content and language)
