Residential real estate has rebounded in Northeast Florida with the median home price hovering around $200,000.
However, there were more than 20 homes in Northeast Florida that sold for more than $2 million.
Almost half of these properties shared the same ZIP code: Eight multi-million dollar mansions were bought in Ponte Vedra, four were purchased in Atlantic Beach and another four in Jacksonville Beach. Two are located in Jacksonville, and one property was purchased in Fernandina Beach.
The most expensive home sold so far in 2017 was in Ponte Vedra, at 831 Ponte Vedra Boulevard. The price? $5.1 million.
