The St. Augustine Police Department arrested Jason Beers, 41, for alleged drunk driving.
According to police, a deputy was dispatched to Jack's BBQ on 691 A1A Beach Blvd. Tuesday due to a customer making a disturbance.
According to a complainant, Beers was beating on the bar, arguing with the bartender and making other guests feel uncomfortable.
Beers was reportedly leaving the restaurant when police arrived.
The deputy followed Beers down A1A Beach Blvd. where he was reportedly going 57 MPH in a 30 MPH zone and crossing the center lane a couple times.
He was pulled over and arrested around 11 p.m. for alleged drunk driving.
