The school board is asking for community feedback after a consultant's proposal to redraw school boundaries and consolidate small or low-enrolled schools.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Duval County School Board is asking for community feedback on a series of changes that the school district is considering.

This comes after a consultant's proposal to redraw school boundaries and consolidate small or low-enrolled schools.

After the district heard the proposal, it announced multiple community engagement opportunities so the public could have a voice in the final recommendations that go before the board.
