The Wisconsin-based restaurant chain, Culver's, told First Coast News on Tuesday that it plans to open its Middleburg-area restaurant in July.
The restaurant will be located at 1767 Blanding Blvd., making it the first Culver's to open on the First Coast.
The grand opening date will be July 15. It will be holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m., according to the Jacksonville Daily Record.
Its hours will be from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Culver's also announced that it is already looking ahead and planning future locations the First Coast area. It is currently reviewing options at the Collins Town Center in Duval County, as well as areas in St. Johns County.
Culver's is known for its famous Butter Burgers, frozen custards and cheese curds.
