The church was engulfed in approximately 30-foot flames when Spicer was taken into custody, according to her arrest report. Investigators found church pamphlets, religious DVDs and Christian music CDs in her possession.

Officials said nearly two dozen fire trucks had responded to the scene to put out the flames, and no one was hurt.

The church, located at 13066 Yellow Bluff Rd., had been open for 45 years before the fire.

Spicer also received 71 days credit for time served.
