What we know about the alleged gang members charged in Foolio's murder

"This shows the lengths that these individuals were willing to go through and achieve this murder."

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Five people have been charged in the shooting death of Charles Jones, also known in the Jacksonville rap scene as "Foolio."

Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw said the five suspects traveled in two separate vehicles to Tampa to murder Foolio as "retaliation" for an ongoing gang feud, tracking him from location to location the night of his murder.

"This shows the lengths that these individuals were willing to go through and achieve this murder," Bercaw said.

The police chief said the arrested individuals include members of the gangs ATK and 1200, both of which have been involved in a decade-long feud with Foolio's gang 6 Block, resulting in dozens of murders by and against both sides.

ATK is affiliated with Jacksonville rapper Yungeen Ace, who was mentioned at the press conference, though Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters says he is not being investigated at this time.

Three suspects have been arrested so far. Their names are Alicia Andrews, Isaiah Chance and Sean Gathright. Police have warrants out for the arrest of two others: Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy.

Officials said three of the five suspects were armed when Foolio was shot and killed, but as Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez said Monday, all five will face life in prison, "even the ones that didn't pull the trigger."

Andrews, 21, lives in Jacksonville. She faces two charges in Foolio's murder: First-degree murder, meaning the crime was premeditated, and conspiracy to commit first degree murder.

The Tampa Police Department says Andrews assisted Isaiah Chance Jr. in tracking and following Foolio and his entourage to two separate locations the night of the shooting.

Officials did not list Andrews as one of the suspects who fired a gun at Foolio.

According to arrest report from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, officers arrived in marked and unmarked police vehicles at a residence on Captiva Bluff Road North on Saturday, June 27 in search for Isaiah Chance Jr.

Upon arrival, police notified the occupants of the home that the place was surrounded, a search warrant is in hand and officers were not leaving. The report says officers were issuing instructions for 15-20 minutes before Chance and Andrews exited the home.

Andrews was arrested upon exiting the residence. She faces a "resisting an officer without violence" charge from JSO.

Andrews remains detained in the Duval County Jail.

Officials say Chance, 21, is a documented ATK member. He faces a first degree premediated murder charge and a conspiracy to commit first degree, premeditated murder charge.

Chance was arrested with Andrews after a search warrant at a house on Captiva Bluff Road North. He also faces a resisting an officer without violence charge.

Detectives said Chance was not one of the shooters the night Foolio was murdered. He was in one of the suspect vehicles assisting Andrews in tracking Foolio's movements throughout the night, officials said. Detectives determined Chance used a cell phone at two stops while tracking Foolio, getting out of the vehicle both times to do so. After using his cell phone, officials said the second suspect vehicle would arrive at the location.

Chance was arrested with Andrews at the residence on Captiva Bluff Road.

Chance remains in custody in the Duval County Jail.

Sean Gathright - Arrested

According to officials, Gathright was one of the three shooters that killed Foolio.

Gathright was arrested at a Jacksonville shopping center.
