Two arrests have been made in a violent unsolved murder case from 2017 in Orange Park.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office arrested Ja'cari Anderson, 24, on Monday and charged her with the second-degree murder of Dorrien Mann and armed carjacking.
Henry Williams, 18, was arrested back in May in connection to the incident and also charged with armed carjacking.
According to an arrest report, deputies found Mann laying in a roadway dead with a gunshot wound to his head back on Oct. 17, 2017.
Deputies were able to make the arrest using details provided by the victim's Godmother, who mentioned to deputies that he frequently used his cellphone to contact a female friend named Ja'cari Anderson, an arrest report says.
Anderson was later identified as a suspect by deputies and was taken into custody.
At this time, the specific nature of the crime and the details surrounding Mann's death are unclear.
