Traveling church musician arrested on sexual battery charges

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A traveling church musician accused of sexually battering a minor in Jacksonville has been located in Georgia and extradited back to Duval County Jail while the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for potential victims.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office received information on Jan. 22 that a man, Graham, had sexually battered a 13-year-old girl, according to a social media post. Detectives also discovered Graham was potentially involved sexually with another juvenile.

Graham was a musician and known to travel to various churches in the Jacksonville and Douglas, Georgia. An arrest warrant was subsequently issued for Graham.

On Wednesday, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals, Graham was located in Douglas and arrested for sexual battery, kidnapping, and lewd and lascivious battery. Graham will be extradited back to Jacksonville.

JSO is seeking additional information from the public to help identify any other potential victims.
