Police are searching for a suspected gang member in connection to a string of car burglaries in a Green Cove Springs neighborhood.

The Green Cove Springs Police Department (GCSPD) has obtained an arrest warrant for Tyler Jermal Jackson, also known as "Mookey," from Jacksonville.

Jackson is believed to be connected to at least one of several car burglaries that have occurred in the Magnolia West neighborhood, police say.

The suspect is wanted by Green Cove Police on charges of burglary to an auto and theft.

Jackson is also wanted by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, according to a Facebook post from the GCSPD.
