A man was grazed by a bullet on his forearm Thursday following a shooting in the Arlington area, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Police said around 3:59 p.m., officers responded to the 900 block of Bert Road after receiving reports that a person was shot.
At the scene, officers found a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his right forearm, police said. The wound was a graze and did not go through the man's arm.
Police also found two bullet strikes located at apartments near the area. No other people were injured, according to the sheriff's office.
The suspect is said to be a man who was wearing a medical mask and driving a charcoal grey Hyundai Sonata. The suspect is believed to have fired two shots from the vehicle at the victim striking him once and hitting an apartment twice, police said.
