JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — There's police presence in the Moncrief Park area of Jacksonville Wednesday night.
Multiple units with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office were seen along Effee Street around 10:30 p.m.
A resident told First Coast News they heard multiple gunshots.
This has not been confirmed by police.
