JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office opened an investigation into a double-shooting in the Lackawanna neighborhood Tuesday.
According to the JSO, the shooting happened in the 500 block of South McDuff Avenue. When officers arrived on the scene, they found one victim, a man in his mid-20s, suffering from a gunshot wound.
First responders took the man to the hospital, where he is expected to be survive. A second male victim hurt in the shooting came to the hospital as a walk-in.
At this time, JSO is interviewing a person-of-interest but have not named any suspects.
