JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is expected to recover after being shot multiple times near 103rd Street Sunday morning following a robbery.
Around 3:40 a.m., officers responded to a person shot on Old Middleburg Road N. Officers found a man with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and is listed in non-life-threatening condition, the sheriff's office said.
The investigation showed the victim was walking in the area when two unknown black men approached him, shot him multiple times, police said, taking the victim's wallet.
