JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man was found dead inside of a home in the Brentwood area of Jacksonville Wednesday morning, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
JSO says at 10:45 a.m., patrol officers responded to the 4300 block of Springfield Boulevard to assist members of the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department with the man found dead. JSO also says it is unknown whether if foul play is involved, so "we will be working with the Medical Examiner to determine a cause of death."
Police say detectives are canvassing the area, looking for potential witnesses and possible surveillance video.
